Our 30-Day Return Promise
You can return your item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags.
Items marked as Final Sale or gift cards are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at support@glarly.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We’ll provide clear instructions to help you return your item.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item arrived damaged or there was a mistake on our part, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order and return the original one for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged or not what you ordered, contact us at support@glarly.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll take care of it right away.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
Customers in the European Union are entitled to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing any justification. Items must be in original condition with tags, unused, and in original packaging (terms & conditions apply).
