Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on state holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or during holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time for delivery.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping timeframes:

  • Canada: 2-9 business days
  • USA: 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times vary by location, and additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on the destination. You are responsible for all customs clearance requirements, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@glarly.com.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@glarly.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you are properly compensated.
